I’m sure many of you remember Kiana Tom from those 90’s fitness shows (Kiana’s Flex Appeal). As a teenager I’m pretty sure she was the only reason I ever turned on the TV. I used to love how she always insisted on doing exercises that would flare out her impressive ‘pecs’. To remind everyone what a fitness show should look like, here’s some awesome Kiana footage!
