Brat Pitt Goes to Jury Duty
As a gossip blogger, you just know it’s gonna be one of those fucking days when you wake up and the biggest headline gracing the entertainment world is Brad Pitt serving jury duty — and yet here we are. From People:
Pitt, 43, showed up in a T-shirt, dark jeans and a black cap. Observers said he even wore a juror badge, and then had Subway delivered for lunch.
“He served just like everyone else does,” his rep tells PEOPLE. There’s no word yet on whether he’ll be picked for a jury.
I know when I get picked for jury duty, I usually just tell the judge I have my period or something. Although, it also helps if I empty a red “sharpie” out on the back of my pants and stand up in the courtroom and start crying and pointing to it. But I guess that’s just the sort of resolve and dedication to the craft that separates serious actors like myself from people like Brad Pitt.
